Madina Sharipova holds a Bachelor's degree from Tashkent State University of Law and a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Higher School of Economics. She began her professional career at Alif Tech, an international company, working as a legal specialist. Later, she joined AliExpress as an intellectual property lawyer, focusing on the protection and enforcement of digital and commercial rights. Currently, she works as a corporate lawyer in a banking institution, providing legal support in corporate governance, compliance, and contract management. Her expertise spans corporate law, intellectual property, and legal issues in both digital and financial sectors. Through her professional experience, she has developed a strong understanding of national and international legal frameworks, combining academic knowledge with practical skills. She is passionate about applying legal principles responsibly in complex business environments and helping organizations navigate legal risks effectively.
